Brownout + tyhpoon = no work

PANELCO-1 has scheduled a brownout for its entire coverage on Wednesday, 20 Aug 2008, from 8am-5pm.

(8:30am update) - Brownout has been postponed due to Typhoon Karen...

Typhoon "KAREN" has maintained its strength and is now off the Eastern coast of Northern Cagayan. Centered 110 kms East of Aparri, Cagayan with maximum sustained winds of 140 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 170 kph.
